GFFP Recognized: Two Chiefs’ Partnership Award

Coconino National Forest’s Flagstaff District Ranger and the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) District Conservationist presented the Two Chiefs’ Partnership Award to GFFP Partners Nov. 2016. The awards recognize successful conservation efforts made possible through partnerships that have worked collaboratively to support conservation and forest stewardship. Partners were recognized with individually framed awards that were signed by both the Chief of the Forest Service and the Chief of the NRCS. The citation on the awards reads: “In recognition of your work with the Greater Flagstaff Forests Partnership to improve forest health, protect the community from wildfire, and educate the public.”
